      McCARTHY, Rose Mary (Cusack) Of Brighton, formerly of Derryham, County Cavan, Ireland, passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late John J. McCarthy. Devoted mother of Mary McCarthy, the late Timothy McCarthy, John McCarthy, Vincent and Jennifer McCarthy, all of Brighton, Stephen and Jonna McCarthy of Foxborough and Michael and Clare Dalton of Woburn. Loving grandmother of Hannah, Caitlin, Lianne and Jayson (Zuluaga), Patrick and Marina, Meaghan and Erich (Orellana), Eric, Timothy and Courtney. Loving great-grandmother of Andre. Last surviving sister of Peter, Kathleen (McCabe), John, Michael, Patrick and Peggy Cusack. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave. (near Brighton Courthouse), BRIGHTON, on Thursday, January 30, at 10am., followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Columbkille Church, 321 Market Street, Brighton, at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. Visiting Hours on Wednesday, January 29, from 4-7pm, in the funeral home.
